MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. We do offer even exchanges or store credit.

COPY OF RECEIPT, ORDER NUMBER, OR ORDER FORM IS REQUIRED.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRE-ORDERS, TOYS, ACCESSORIES, CANDLES, PERFUME, OR SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEMS ARE ALL ITEMS THAT ARE DISCOUNTED OR THAT A DISCOUNT CODE IS APPLIED TO. (THIS MEANS THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.)

CLOTHING RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. UNWORN WITH TAGS ATTACHED.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF RETURN SHIPPING/ AND COST OF RE-SHIPPING FOR EVEN EXCHANGES.

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS HAVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS THAT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED.

*Store credit expires within 30 days of being issued. 

*We do not accept returns on items in which store credit has been applied.
